An anthology comic of humor from the Golden Age!
New Comics was a book of humor that later evolved into a book of Superman. The second continuious title of National Publications which later became DC Comics, New Comics was an anthology book filled with cartoon like stories of humor that had the distinction of beng the Publisher's first half-tabloid size comic, which is now the standard size for comic books. It was renamed twice. First it transformed from New Comics to New Adventure Comics and then just Adventure Comics. Though Adventure comics featured other heroes it became mostly known to be a Superman title.
