The mint condition value of Avengers #2 is $70,000. That value is based on the highest-rated copy to sell publicly; an unrestored 9.8 Near Mint/Mint sold in October 2009. A 9.8 NM/M from the Pacific Coast pedigree has a July 2012 value of $38,838, and an unrestored 9.6 has a September 2019 value of $8,322, which is a decrease from its peak October 2011 value of $12,250. An unrestored 9.2 has an October 2020 value of $3,960. However, a CGC graded 8.0 recently went for $1,380 in February 2023 compared to $850 price tag in 2020. A graded 6.0 went for $860 in 2023 while a low grade copy 2.0 is usually retails around $200-$250 in 2023.
