Bomber Comics

Bomber Comics was a short but interesting series that was first released in March 1944. The comic featured four to five stories, each one with different main characters. Some of the more famous characters from this series include Kid Dixon, the Ghost and Bobby the Kid. The problem is that, at the time, World War II was at its peak, so comics had a very defined publication line: getting people to invest in bonds to help the Army, or stories regarding American soldiers or superheroes fighting German or Japanese forces. Bomber Comics had neither of these, so it sadly ended after only four issues.
